friendly staff great location clean rooms unclean bathroom small room limited space
The staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee available in the lobby. The location was close to major attractions. I also appreciated the clean and cozy rooms.
The bathroom was not properly cleaned . My room was small. There was not much space to put my clothes. I had to hang them high up.

I found the hotel's location ideal near central sites. The hotel is very close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, very short walks. The staff members are friendly and helpful.
The minibar had limited options I would have enjoyed a greater variety of beverages.

The hotel is situated in the historical center near many attractions. Transport links to other landmarks are easily accessible from here. I noticed many dining options outside the hotel with diverse cuisines available close by too.

amazing location rooftop terrace delicious breakfast missing elevator weak air conditioning cheap minibar
The location is seriously amazing! it is just a short walk to the blue mosque and hagia sophia. I totally loved that. the rooftop terrace provided fine views. i also really liked the delicious breakfast.
The hotel does not have an elevator. This could be difficult for some guests. the air conditioning struggled to cool the room properly. It was not comfortable the first night. the free minibar has just cheap drinks and snacks. I wanted more options.

bathroom hairs breakfast noise
the location was acceptable and near the attractions i wanted to see.
The room i received was not properly cleaned. I found some hairs in the bathroom (this was quite unpleasant). additionally, there was significant noise coming from the breakfast area each morning. the sound of chairs being dragged across the floor was disturbing, especially since i was trying to sleep in.

a balanced stay
advantageous location good breakfast comfortable room elevator absence struggling air conditioning alarming ride
i found the location to be advantageous. the rooftop breakfast was a good addition and the room was very comfortable. the staff exhibited friendliness and were always available.
i noticed the absence of an elevator in the 5-story building. the air conditioning seemed to struggle to maintain a comfortable temperature in the room. the free airport ride was quite alarming.
